How to purchase additional services and packages?
To manage a Carnival cruise online, each guest should create a Carnival account and link their reservation. This allows you to make payments (if applicable), complete online check-in, purchase extras, and access your cruise documents.
Step 1: Go to Carnival's Website
Visit the My Cruise Manager page:
Click Create Account.
Step 2: Create Your Account
Enter:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Create a password
- Security information
Click Create Account.
Step 3: Add Your Cruise Booking
After signing in, go to Manage My Booking and enter:
- Booking number
- Last name (exactly as it appears on the reservation)
- Date of birth
- Ship name
- Sail date
Once verified, your cruise will be linked to your account.
Step 4: Manage Your Cruise
After your booking is linked, you can:

📝 Complete Online Check-In
Beginning 14 days before sailing, you can:

- Print or download your boarding pass and luggage tags
For security reasons, travel advisors are not allowed to access your personal Carnival account. However, if you need help creating your account, I'd be happy to assist you. We can create it together, and once it's set up, you can simply change your password to one that only you know.
How to Use the Carnival HUB App
The Carnival HUB App is your digital guide before and during your cruise. It's free to download from the App Store or Google Play.
Before Your Cruise
After downloading the app:
- Sign in using your Carnival account (the same account you use for My Cruise Manager).
- Your booked cruise will automatically appear if it's linked to your account.
- From the app, you can:
- View your cruise itinerary.
- Complete online check-in (starting 14 days before sailing).
- Upload travel document information.
- Select your arrival appointment.
- View your boarding pass and luggage tags.
- Purchase drink packages, Wi-Fi, shore excursions, and specialty dining (if still available).
- Receive important notifications about your cruise.
Once You're Onboard
Connect your phone to the ship's Carnival Wi-Fi (no internet package is required to use the basic app features).
With the HUB App, you can:
Daily Schedule
- View the daily schedule of activities and entertainment.
- Add events to your personal planner.
- Receive reminders before your selected activities begin.
Dining
- View restaurant hours and menus.
- Check dining times.
- Join the waitlist for select restaurants using the "Your Time Dining" feature (on ships where available).
Ship Map
- Find restaurants, lounges, theaters, pools, and other venues using interactive deck plans.
Chat with Family and Friends
Purchase the Chat feature to send messages to other guests on the ship who also have the HUB App.
Shore Excursions
- View excursion meeting times.
- Check port information.
Sail & Sign Account
